Our Trainee Technician Programme provides immediate hands-on experience, covering various areas including delivery and collections, packing and crating, soft wrapping and building shadow boxes. This is a growing sector of the business that assists in bridging the gap between those coming towards the end of their career and retirement, and the introduction of fresh and thriving talent, supporting the development of a robust infrastructure.
